Outside of work, Stuart is a dedicated family man who spends his weekends supporting his son at football matches.

Julian started his career on site straight from school, working his way up through the ranks before graduating into construction management in 2014. Since then, he has built extensive experience across Cat A & B Commercial Fit Out, Cut & Carve Construction and Major Projects, delivering for Tier 1 & 2 Principal Contractors in some of the most fast-paced, high-pressure environments in the industry.
As Project Director for CLG Europe, Julian leads with a collaborative approach — working closely with clients and project teams to ensure safety, quality and attention to detail are at the heart of every project he delivers.

Currently I lead the CLG operations on our confidential campus project located within the Netherlands. I lead and direct the commercial, operational and safety functions of the project to ensure CLGs scope of works are delivered on time, within budget and safely. To achieve this, I liaise with key stakeholders internally and also externally, building robust relationships. Leading on positive culture I drive the team to achieve and deliver sound operational performance whilst also building the wider teams capability.

Marius has worked his way up to become our Contracts Manager where he has played a pivotal role in delivering complex projects where he has successfully overseen five hyper scale data centre projects.

With over 30 years of experience across the Media, Private Education, Construction, and Commercial Fit-Out sectors, Jamie leads all pre-construction activities at CLG, including feasibility studies, cost planning, design coordination, procurement strategy, and risk management. Before joining CLG, he played a key role in the launch and construction of a specialist private independent school, overseeing pre-construction, construction, and QS responsibilities to meet strategic and operational goals.
Prior to that, he spent 8 years,leading pre-construction duties within the Commercial Fit-Out sector andhelping to secure over 200 projects for high-profile clients such as WeWork, Facebook, HSBC and Crystal Palace FC, coordinatingcomplex stakeholder requirements in addition to collaborating with contractorsincluding Faithdean, Oktra, and AIS to ensure seamless delivery.

Luke grew up in Newcastle and went on to complete a BA Honours degree in Interior Architecture at Edinburgh Napier University. In 2014, he gained valuable international experience by spending a year in China as a Junior Architect. The following year, he moved to London, where he began his career as a Visualiser.
Now at CLG, Luke plays a crucial role in delivering 3D Modelling, CGI Visualisation, animations, 2D logistics drawings, and swept paths, all of which contribute significantly to the success of tenders and project planning. Outside of his professional work, Luke has a deep passion for music, achieving a national award for his guitar playing, and enjoys staying active by going to the gym regularly.

Before joining CLG, he played a key role in the launch and construction of a specialist private independent school, overseeing pre-construction, construction, and QS responsibilities to meet strategic and operational goals.
Prior to that, he spent 8 years,leading pre-construction duties within the Commercial Fit-Out sector andhelping to secure over 200 projects for high-profile clients such as WeWork, Facebook, HSBC and Crystal Palace FC, coordinatingcomplex stakeholder requirements in addition to collaborating with contractorsincluding Faithdean, Oktra, and AIS to ensure seamless delivery.

Head Of Design

A creative visualiser
Luke grew up in Newcastle and went on to complete a BA Honours degree in Interior Architecture at Edinburgh Napier University. In 2014, he gained valuable international experience by spending a year in China as a Junior Architect. The following year, he moved to London, where he began his career as a Visualiser.
Now at CLG, Luke plays a crucial role in delivering 3D Modelling, CGI Visualisation, animations, 2D logistics drawings, and swept paths, all of which contribute significantly to the success of tenders and project planning. Outside of his professional work, Luke has a deep passion for music, achieving a national award for his guitar playing, and enjoys staying active by going to the gym regularly.

I design smart, functional site layouts as a Civil Engineer specialising in 2D, 3D and swept path analysis
Shahad holds a Civil Engineering degree from Al-Mustansiriya University inBaghdad, Iraq, and have over eight years of experience in the construction industry. At CLG, my work focuses on developing accurate and functional 2D and3D drawings for logistics plans, as well as performing swept path analyses to ensure efficient vehicle movement and site design. I enjoy collaborating withcolleagues to solve complex challenges and contribute to successful project outcomes. With a passion for design and attention to detail, I’m committed to creating innovative, practical solutions that align with the company’s visionand client needs

Born and raised in Lithuania, Algis brings a wealth of experience to the CLG team. With over 10 years working as an architect in Lithuania and more than 20 years as a design manager in the UK construction industry, he has developed a strong reputation for delivering innovative design solutions across commercial fit-outs, hospitality, retail, and residential projects.
Algis is highly skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualisation, and at CLG, he plays a vital role in producing precise 2D designs and swept path analyses. His technical expertise and attention to detail contribute significantly to the success of tenders and the efficiency of project planning.
Outside of work, Algis enjoys spending time in nature, often going for walks and hiking.

He previously managed a £70 million P&L business unit for a tier 1 main contractor, playing a key role in doubling turnover within two years while maintaining controlled, sustainable growth.
With a degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying, Stuart has delivered complex R&D and healthcare projects across the UK and Europe. He brings strong financial governance, strategic oversight, and commercial rigour — ensuring profitable growth, effective risk management, and long-term client value across all markets.
Outside of work, Stuart is a dedicated family man who spends his weekends supporting his son at football matches.

She played a key role in securing CLG’s triple ISO accreditation and leading re-use and recycling initiatives across project sites, supporting clients’ sustainability goals while strengthening CLG’s industry position.
Now serving as Operations Director, Europe at Construction Logistics Group, Lily is focused on building strong, scalable operations that support expansion across the European market without compromising safety, quality, compliance or environmental responsibility. Drawing on her experience delivering complex DC projects, she drives efficient, reliable logistics solutions that create real value for clients.

Pre-Con Director

Drew leads pre-construction planning, cost and risk management to ensure projects are set up for success from day one.
Drew brings extensive pre-construction expertise, leading the early-stage planning, cost management and risk assessment that set projects up for successful delivery. He works closely with clients, designers and supply chain partners from feasibility through to contract award, ensuring budgets, programmes and buildability are robust before works begin on site. His focus on early engagement and value engineering helps clients avoid costly surprises later in the build, translating into projects that are delivered on time, on budget and to the right quality standard.

Julian started his career on site straight from school, working his way up through the ranks before graduating into construction management in 2014. Since then, he has built extensive experience across Cat A & B Commercial Fit Out, Cut & Carve Construction and Major Projects, delivering for Tier 1 & 2 Principal Contractors in some of the most fast-paced, high-pressure environments in the industry.
As Project Director for CLG Europe, Julian leads with a collaborative approach — working closely with clients and project teams to ensure safety, quality and attention to detail are at the heart of every project he delivers.

Leading operational, commercial and safety delivery in the Netherlands.
Currently I lead the CLG operations on our confidential campus project located within the Netherlands. I lead and direct the commercial, operational and safety functions of the project to ensure CLGs scope of works are delivered on time, within budget and safely. To achieve this, I liaise with key stakeholders internally and also externally, building robust relationships. Leading on positive culture I drive the team to achieve and deliver sound operational performance whilst also building the wider teams capability.

Rich brings over 10 years of experience within the construction industry, specialising in health, safety and compliance across complex project environments. With a strong foundation in hands-on, on-site construction, he has a thorough understanding of site operations, risk exposure and the practical realities of delivering projects safely.
His experience spans high-profile and sensitive projects, including Buckingham Palace and The National Gallery, where meticulous planning, strict compliance and exceptional safety standards were critical. Working within these environments has strengthened his ability to implement robust safety management systems while maintaining programme efficiency.
At CLG, Rich is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining health and safety standards across our UK and European sites. He ensures full compliance with local legislation, conducts detailed risk assessments, oversees method statements, and drives continuous improvement in site safety performance.
Rich brings a proactive and preventative approach to risk management — promoting a strong safety culture, improving communication between site teams, and ensuring that safety is embedded at every stage of a project.
