Brett brings over 12 years of experience in logistics, combined with a strong main contractor background in the construction industry, honed through roles in estimating, surveying, design management, and construction management.

In 2019, Brett founded Construction Logistics Group with a vision to fill a critical gap in the market for a turnkey logistics partner. Under his leadership, the company has experienced continuous growth, expanding year on year across the UK into Ireland and Belgium.

For the past five years, Brett has successfully directed the company, positioning it as a trusted and innovative leader in the logistics market.

As CLG's European Commerical Director, Bhav brings over 15 years of experience delivering technically complex projects across various procurement routes and contract forms.

He has lead all commercial functions from feasibility through to final account across CLG's data centre projects. Bhav is known for implementing proactive cost planning to drive efficient, high quality outcomes.

Stuart is an accomplished Lead Commercial Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having successfully managed a £70 million P&L business unit for a tier 1 main contractor.

His leadership has played a key role in doubling the company's turnover within two years, while ensuring controlled and sustainable growth. With a degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying, Stuart has specialised in R&D and healthcare facility projects across the UK and Europe.

Outside of work, Stuart is a dedicated family man with three children, two dogs, and three cats, spending his weekends at football matches with his son.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, including a notable tenure as Regional Director in the Middle East, Phil has led award-winning interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. His expertise encompasses business development, pre-construction planning, tendering, and project delivery, with a focus on clear communication and collaboration.

Since returning to London six years ago, Phil has strengthened key relationships in senior management roles and leveraged his extensive network to drive project success. Having completed his NVQ7 and progressing through the CIOB course, he remains dedicated to staying current with industry trends and delivering exceptional results.

Originally from Portugal, Filipa is our Finance Director with over 10 years of experience in the UK. Her strong skills in financial management, forecasting, and cash flow management are key to the success of CLG.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling, which helps her to stay balanced and motivated.

Lucy holds a Level 4 Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Fashion Retail Academy and brings a dynamic range of skills to her role at CLG. She manages the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly by coordinating staff, managing events, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Her attention to detail ensures that client needs are aligned with business objectives, and her administrative skills keep paperwork and invoicing on track. Additionally, she plays a key role in overseeing CLG’s social media presence, engaging with the public and promoting the company.

With a degree in Geography from the University of Exeter, Lily developed a keen interest in sustainability within the built environment, making CLG the perfect fit for her ambitions.

One of her proudest achievements at CLG has been securing the company's triple ISO accreditation, a testament to their dedication to quality and trustworthiness.

Lily has also led the implementation of various re-use and recycling schemes across project sites, helping clients achieve their sustainability targets while positioning CLG as a leading sustainable logistics provider.

With over 30 years of experience across the Media, Private Education, Construction, and Commercial Fit-Out sectors, Jamie leads all pre-construction activities at CLG, including feasibility studies, cost planning, design coordination, procurement strategy, and risk management. Before joining CLG, he played a key role in the launch and construction of a specialist private independent school, overseeing pre-construction, construction, and QS responsibilities to meet strategic and operational goals.

Prior to that, he spent 8 years,leading pre-construction duties within the Commercial Fit-Out sector andhelping to secure over 200 projects for high-profile clients such as WeWork, Facebook, HSBC and Crystal Palace FC, coordinatingcomplex stakeholder requirements in addition to collaborating with contractorsincluding Faithdean, Oktra, and AIS to ensure seamless delivery.

Luke grew up in Newcastle and went on to complete a BA Honours degree in Interior Architecture at Edinburgh Napier University. In 2014, he gained valuable international experience by spending a year in China as a Junior Architect. The following year, he moved to London, where he began his career as a Visualiser.

Now at CLG, Luke plays a crucial role in delivering 3D Modelling, CGI Visualisation, animations, 2D logistics drawings, and swept paths, all of which contribute significantly to the success of tenders and project planning. Outside of his professional work, Luke has a deep passion for music, achieving a national award for his guitar playing, and enjoys staying active by going to the gym regularly.

Born and raised in Lithuania, Algis brings a wealth of experience to the CLG team. With over 10 years working as an architect in Lithuania and more than 20 years as a design manager in the UK construction industry, he has developed a strong reputation for delivering innovative design solutions across commercial fit-outs, hospitality, retail, and residential projects.

Algis is highly skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualisation, and at CLG, he plays a vital role in producing precise 2D designs and swept path analyses. His technical expertise and attention to detail contribute significantly to the success of tenders and the efficiency of project planning.

Outside of work, Algis enjoys spending time in nature, often going for walks and hiking.

Alina is a dedicated professional with a strong academic background, having completed a five-year degree in Construction followed by a one-year master’s programme. She takes charge in key HR processes, including recruitment and payroll.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and watching films.

Born in Brazil and of Italian heritage, Eliene brings amulticultural perspective and strong work ethic to her role as Accounts Assistant. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Science and aPostgraduate Diploma in Management Studies. Her exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities make her a valuable asset to our team.

She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and continuing her studies as she works toward advancing her career.

Marius brings over 11 years of extensive experience to our team, having grown up in Romania before relocating to the UK in 2013. He began his career as a Labourer, demonstrating a strong work ethic and determination that enabled him to advance quickly in the industry. Marius has worked his way up to become our Projects Director, where he has played a pivotal role in delivering complex projects in Europe where he has successfully overseen five hyper scale data centre projects.

Gus began his career in construction as an electrical apprentice, spending two years in the role before pursuing a football scholarship in America. After three and a half years at university, the pandemic brought him back to the UK, where he joined Construction Logistics Group and quickly progressed through the business.

Starting as a Contracts Manager, Ferguson oversaw a wide range of projects — from labour management to full site setups — coordinating RAMS, PPE, waste management, and other client requirements. His strong organisational skills and attention to detail made him a key link between site operations and client expectations.

Now a Quantity Surveyor for Europe, Ferguson draws on his hands-on site experience to manage project budgets, cost planning, and commercial delivery across multiple regions. His combined operational and financial knowledge ensures projects run efficiently and to the highest standards.

Outside of work, Ferguson is passionate about football, playing for AFC Whyteleafe, and enjoys travelling and exploring new places around the world.

Henrich brings over a decade of experience in construction logistics, having begun his career as a plant operator. He consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and determination, which enabled him to advance rapidly within the industry.

Now serving as a Contracts Manager at Construction Logistics Group, he leads a wide range of projects, including labour management, full site set ups, and coordination of RAMs, PPE, Waste Management and other client-specific requirements.

Outside of work, Henrich is a devoted family man, enjoying quality time with his wife & daughter, his dog and his loved ones. He is also an avid football fan and continually seeks opportunites to devleop new skills.
