His leadership has played a key role in doubling the company's turnover within two years, while ensuring controlled and sustainable growth. With a degree in Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying, Stuart has specialised in R&D and healthcare facility projects across the UK and Europe.
Outside of work, Stuart is a dedicated family man with three children, two dogs, and three cats, spending his weekends at football matches with his son.

She has played a key role in securing CLG’s triple ISO accreditation and leading re-use and recycling initiatives across project sites, supporting clients’ sustainability goals while strengthening CLG’s position as an industry leader.
In her current role, Lily drives sustainable growth and efficiency across the European market, leveraging her experience on DC projects to deliver scalable, reliable logistics solutions. A passionate leader, she builds and inspires high-performing teams, champions continuous improvement, and leads with vision and action to uphold CLG’s standards across safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, including a notable tenure as Regional Director in the Middle East, Phil has led award-winning interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors. His expertise encompasses business development, pre-construction planning, tendering, and project delivery, with a focus on clear communication and collaboration.
Since returning to London six years ago, Phil has strengthened key relationships in senior management roles and leveraged his extensive network to drive project success. Having completed his NVQ7 and progressing through the CIOB course, he remains dedicated to staying current with industry trends and delivering exceptional results.

With over 30 years of experience across the Media, Private Education, Construction, and Commercial Fit-Out sectors, Jamie leads all pre-construction activities at CLG, including feasibility studies, cost planning, design coordination, procurement strategy, and risk management. Before joining CLG, he played a key role in the launch and construction of a specialist private independent school, overseeing pre-construction, construction, and QS responsibilities to meet strategic and operational goals.
Prior to that, he spent 8 years,leading pre-construction duties within the Commercial Fit-Out sector andhelping to secure over 200 projects for high-profile clients such as WeWork, Facebook, HSBC and Crystal Palace FC, coordinatingcomplex stakeholder requirements in addition to collaborating with contractorsincluding Faithdean, Oktra, and AIS to ensure seamless delivery.

Luke grew up in Newcastle and went on to complete a BA Honours degree in Interior Architecture at Edinburgh Napier University. In 2014, he gained valuable international experience by spending a year in China as a Junior Architect. The following year, he moved to London, where he began his career as a Visualiser.
Now at CLG, Luke plays a crucial role in delivering 3D Modelling, CGI Visualisation, animations, 2D logistics drawings, and swept paths, all of which contribute significantly to the success of tenders and project planning. Outside of his professional work, Luke has a deep passion for music, achieving a national award for his guitar playing, and enjoys staying active by going to the gym regularly.

Born and raised in Lithuania, Algis brings a wealth of experience to the CLG team. With over 10 years working as an architect in Lithuania and more than 20 years as a design manager in the UK construction industry, he has developed a strong reputation for delivering innovative design solutions across commercial fit-outs, hospitality, retail, and residential projects.
Algis is highly skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualisation, and at CLG, he plays a vital role in producing precise 2D designs and swept path analyses. His technical expertise and attention to detail contribute significantly to the success of tenders and the efficiency of project planning.
Outside of work, Algis enjoys spending time in nature, often going for walks and hiking.

Quantity Surveyor

Driving precision and excellence
Gus began his career in construction as an electrical apprentice, spending two years in the role before pursuing a football scholarship in America. After three and a half years at university, the pandemic brought him back to the UK, where he joined Construction Logistics Group and quickly progressed through the business.
Starting as a Contracts Manager, Ferguson oversaw a wide range of projects — from labour management to full site setups — coordinating RAMS, PPE, waste management, and other client requirements. His strong organisational skills and attention to detail made him a key link between site operations and client expectations.
Now a Quantity Surveyor for Europe, Ferguson draws on his hands-on site experience to manage project budgets, cost planning, and commercial delivery across multiple regions. His combined operational and financial knowledge ensures projects run efficiently and to the highest standards.
Outside of work, Ferguson is passionate about football, playing for AFC Whyteleafe, and enjoys travelling and exploring new places around the world.

He manages on-site logistics teams and works closely with clients and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations.
His role covers the coordination of key services including waste management, hoarding, signage, access control, and technology-led logistics planning, ensuring logistics strategies support programme delivery in live construction environments.
Prior to joining CLG, Gareth was Director of Hawkes Resourcing Group and previously worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the construction sector, bringing strong commercial awareness and client-facing experience to his role.
