Project Manager

• Construction Logistics Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee logistics operations on a major construction campus project in Finland
• Responsible for the overall operational success of logistics delivery across the project
• Leading collaboration between CLG teams, supply chain partners and the client
• Managing projects from design and planning through to practical completion

• A strategic and visionary leader with a strong understanding of construction logistics
• Confident managing large scale projects from concept through to completion
• Highly organised with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities
• A strong communicator capable of leading teams and influencing stakeholders

• Passionate about delivering projects that meet high safety, quality and performance standards

• Take ownership of the day-to-day running of logistics operations across the project
• Lead the design and implementation of logistics strategies for campus developments
• Manage and support the CLG site team, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are fulfilled
• Drive collaboration between CLG teams, the client and project partners
• Ensure full oversight of all campus works, including scope management and delivery performance
• Take ownership of health and safety standards and compliance on site
• Manage project risks, financial performance, procurement strategies and reporting
• Lead daily communications with site teams to ensure proactive management of tasks and priorities
• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting to clients and internal leadership
• Identify new opportunities and support tender success to help grow the business
