Job Overview

  • Support the commercial management of a large-scale data centre construction project in Sweden.
  • Manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle from procurement to final account.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
  • Provide cost control, financial reporting, and contract administration support.
  • Contribute to delivering the project on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
  • Support the wider project team in maintaining strong commercial governance and risk management.

Ideal candidate

  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
  • Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing variations, change orders, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • CLG are looking for a motivated and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our growing team in Sweden.
  • The role will focus on maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction projects.
  • You will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.
  • This position offers the opportunity to lead safety initiatives, influence site culture, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
  • The role provides excellent opportunities for professional development within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidate

  • NEBOSH qualification (General or Construction) or equivalent safety qualification (essential).
  • Previous experience in construction Health & Safety or EHS management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to health and safety.
  • Confidence engaging with contractors, project managers, and site teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
