Site Medic
Norway
- Provide professional on-site medical support within a live construction environment
- Respond to medical emergencies, workplace incidents, and health-related concerns
- Deliver emergency care, patient assessment, triage, and stabilization when required
- Work closely with site management and emergency services to maintain site safety
- Ensure all medical procedures comply with Norwegian healthcare regulations and standards
- Support the overall wellbeing and safety of all personnel on site
- Holds a recognised nursing degree
- Fully registered and licensed to practise as a nurse/medic in Norway
- Experienced in emergency care, acuta care, and/or pre hospital settings
- Trained in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Quantity Surveyor
Sweden
- Support the commercial management of a large-scale data centre construction project in Sweden.
- Manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle from procurement to final account.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
- Provide cost control, financial reporting, and contract administration support.
- Contribute to delivering the project on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
- Support the wider project team in maintaining strong commercial governance and risk management.
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience managing variations, change orders, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

- You will be responsible for a single large contract or a number of smaller contracts.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site managers and building contracts throughout the project you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time and in budget in line with health & safety requirements.
- A professional, pro-active approach.
- An effective communicator and have experience in negotiating, both internally and externally with customers.
- This role would suit a candidate with an organised and methodical nature who is happy to work individually and as part of the wider project team.
