Project Manager
Finland
- Construction Logistics Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee logistics operations on a major construction campus project in Finland
- Responsible for the overall operational success of logistics delivery across the project
- Leading collaboration between CLG teams, supply chain partners and the client
- Managing projects from design and planning through to practical completion
- A strategic and visionary leader with a strong understanding of construction logistics
- Confident managing large scale projects from concept through to completion
- Highly organised with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple priorities

Quantity Surveyor
Finland
- Support the commercial management of a large-scale data centre construction project in Sweden.
- Manage project costs throughout the construction lifecycle from procurement to final account.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
- Provide cost control, financial reporting, and contract administration support.
- Contribute to delivering the project on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
- Support the wider project team in maintaining strong commercial governance and risk management.
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience managing variations, change orders, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, international project environment.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.

- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the logistics package for a major construction project.
- Manage CLG team on site.
- Coordinate logistics planning with the Campus Lead and client teams.
- Ensure logistics operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to CLG best practice standards.
- Oversee logistics planning, reporting, and performance management across the project.
- Drive collaboration between CLG teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Take ownership of operational and commercial performance of the logistics scope.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Confident communicator able to influence teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach to site management.
