Overview
- Responsible for overall operational success of logistics across projects
- Oversees projects from design and conception through to completion

Key Deliverables
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of logistics on projects
- Lead design and implementation of campus schemes
- Manage projects from conception to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify risks and escalate where necessary
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Drive collaboration between teams and stakeholders
- Monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement
- Secure new business opportunities and support tender processes
- Conduct weekly and monthly project reviews with clients
- Establish KPIs and implement innovative work strategies
- Support business growth and geographical expansion
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of health and safety on site
- Ensure adherence to CLG health and safety standards
- Complete and submit weekly reporting to PMC on time
- Ensure all CLG paperwork meets required standards
- Conduct monthly H&S and compliance audits
- Report incidents, risks, and safety concerns
- Oversee high-risk activities and ensure proper controls are in place
- Maintain and update HSE meeting materials and reporting
Team Leadership & Communication
- Support, monitor, and guide team members
- Provide regular feedback on performance and behaviour
- Address performance issues proactively with HR support
- Ensure team organisation, efficiency, and clarity of priorities
- Coach and develop managers within the business
- Lead recruitment of skilled candidates aligned with company culture
- Manage staff processes including holidays, sickness, and performance reviews
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements
- Valid VCA CardStrong leadership and management experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
- Experience in logistics, operations, or construction environmentsStrong commercial awareness and risk management skills
- Ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships
