Overview
- CLG are looking for a motivated and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our growing team in Sweden.
- The role will focus on maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction projects.
- You will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.

Ideal candidate
- NEBOSH qualification (General or Construction) or equivalent safety qualification (essential).
- Previous experience in construction Health & Safety or EHS management.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to health and safety.
- Confidence engaging with contractors, project managers, and site teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A full driving licence (preferred).
Key Deliverables
- Lead and oversee health, safety, and environmental management across construction projects in Sweden.
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and review RAMS and other health and safety documentation.
- Provide guidance to contractors and site teams on best practice and regulatory compliance.
- Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all projects.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify underlying causes and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure projects comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Support and mentor team members in developing their health and safety knowledge and skills.
