EHS Manager

• CLG are looking for a motivated and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our growing team in Sweden.
• The role will focus on maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction projects.
• You will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.

• NEBOSH qualification (General or Construction) or equivalent safety qualification (essential).
• Previous experience in construction Health & Safety or EHS management.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to health and safety.
• Confidence engaging with contractors, project managers, and site teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A full driving licence (preferred).

• Lead and oversee health, safety, and environmental management across construction projects in Sweden.
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and review RAMS and other health and safety documentation.
• Provide guidance to contractors and site teams on best practice and regulatory compliance.
• Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all projects.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify underlying causes and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure projects comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support and mentor team members in developing their health and safety knowledge and skills.
