Level 2 Site Protection and Welfare Setup Works for Structure Tone
The project involves full protection and site setup works on Level 2 for Structure Tone. This includes the installation of various protection systems such as Corex to WC facilities, riser doors, columns, stair core walls, lift lobbies, façade, and atrium glazing, along with foam and Tecdura protection to stair cores.
Additionally, the works include the installation of Plasloc partitions to form office and welfare areas, floor finishes (carpet and vinyl), and tea point installations. Temporary electrics and lighting will be provided throughout Level 2, along with recreational amenities (table tennis and pool tables), project signage, and graphics for Plasloc hoarding. Turnstiles will also be provided via Data Scope to manage site access.
